announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held
earlier in the day in Flushing, New York.
Shareholders of the Company approved both proposals submitted for their
consideration, including the re-election of four nominees to the Board
of Directors for three-year terms of office: Michael J. Levine, John M.
Tsimbinos, Ronald A. Rosenfeld, and Lawrence J. Savarese. In addition,
the Company’s shareholders ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as its
independent registered public accounting firm for 2013.
