WESTBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: NYB) (the “Company”) today announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph R. Ficalora will participate in the FBR Fall Investor Conference to be held on Tuesday, November 29th in New York City.

During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 3:05 p.m. Eastern Time, Mr. Ficalora will discuss the Company’s business model and its third quarter 2011 financial performance.
