Ficalora, will participate in the FBR Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference in New York City on Tuesday, November 30, 2010.

During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, Mr. Ficalora will discuss the Company’s third quarter 2010 financial performance and its business model.
