announced that its chairman, president, and chief executive officer,
Joseph R. Ficalora, will participate in the Barclays Capital Financial
Services Conference to be held in London on Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 9:20 a.m.
British Summer Time (4:20 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time), Mr. Ficalora will
discuss the Company’s first quarter 2010 performance and its business
strategies.
