announced that its chairman, president, and chief executive officer,
Joseph R. Ficalora, will participate in the Barclays Capital Global
Financial Services Conference to be held in New York City on Wednesday,
September 16, 2009. Mr. Ficalora's presentation is scheduled to begin at
11:15 a.m. Eastern Time and will focus on the Company's second quarter
2009 performance and its business strategies.
