announced that its chairman, president, and chief executive officer,
Joseph R. Ficalora, will participate in the Barclays Capital Financial
Services Conference in London, England, on Wednesday, May 6, 2009.
During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 1:50 p.m.
British Summer Time (8:50 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time), Mr. Ficalora will
discuss the Company's business model and its financial performance for
the first quarter of 2009.
